Instructions
  • Fill the bottoms of four tall glasses with 1/3 cup of vanilla yoghurt.

  • Combine fresh berries with defrosted strawberries and the juice.

  • Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yoghurt till glasses are full.

  • Add some strawberries on top as toppings to finish off!

  • To keep the granola crunchy, serve parfaits immediately.
