Ingredients required for Yogurt Parfait
3 cups of vanilla non-fat yogurt.
1 pint fresh raspberries, blueberries or blackberries.
1 cup of fresh defrosted frozen strawberries in juice.
1 cup of good quality granola.
Instructions
Fill the bottoms of four tall glasses with 1/3 cup of vanilla yoghurt.
Combine fresh berries with defrosted strawberries and the juice.
Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yoghurt till glasses are full.
Add some strawberries on top as toppings to finish off!
To keep the granola crunchy, serve parfaits immediately.
